Aloha OWT Residents,
As of late we have been receiving numerous complaints from residents, pertaining to dogs urinating on the common area, and furnishings at One Waterfront Towers. Please know that we will be enforcing the Pet Policy of One Waterfront Towers AOAO.
All dogs are to be registered at the Management Office within the first (5) days that they arrive on property. Guests of residents are not permitted to bring any dogs on the premises. Only one dog may be kept in an apartment, and it must weigh no more than 35lbs.
Pets are not to relieve their bladders or bowels anywhere on the Project premises. If accidental defecation or urination occurs, the pet owner is responsible for immediate clean up and proper disposal of the waste, and must notify the Operations Staff.
Please know that violation of the House Rules, and Pet Policy may result in a fine. If you are unsure whether or not your dog has been properly registered, please contact the Management Office.
